Jackson in heavyweight division

Accolades continue to come thick and fast for Peter Jackson, the latest being a prestigious Directors Guild of America nomination. Jackson is up against Stephen Daldry (The Hours), Rob Marshall (Chicago), and heavyweights Roman Polanski (The Pianist) and Martin Scorcese (Gangs of New York.) This is Jackson’s second consecutive DGA nomination, the first being for last year’s Fellowship of the Ring.
