Jeweller to the Stars Jessica McCormack Picks Her Favourite Haunts

Jessica McCormack is a New Zealand-born jeweller based in London. Among the fans of her hand-crafted, fine-diamond pieces are Carine Roitfeld and Rihanna. McCormack picks her favourite stores and eateries for the Telegraph’s weekly “Little Black Book” column.

First up, McCormack, 34, suggests Simon James Concept Store in Herne Bay, Auckland: “I have to double my luggage allowance every time I visit this beautifully edited design shop, which has a brilliant range of home accessories and modern furniture.”

In Cape Town, McCormack loves Merchants on Long, an “absolutely inspirational boutique” of South African-produced homeware and fashion accessories.

And in Scotland, she pines for home at the Loch Fyne Restaurant & Oyster Bar in the Highlands: “We always stop at this oyster bar on our way to the Hebrides. It serves the closest thing to New Zealand oysters I have found in the northern hemisphere.”
