Palatial Pretty in Wickstead

The Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton chose another New Zealand designer to wear this week, stepping out in an Emilia Wickstead pink coat dress for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee lunch at Windsor Palace. Grazia Daily writer Jessica Vince described the look as “demure” and “rather Jackie O-esque.” “The frock comes courtesy of Wickstead’s Autumn Winter 2012 collection and is available for £1,200.” Wickstead gained a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Fashion Design and Marketing at Central Saint Martin’s London with honours in 2007. In April the Duchess chose a tweed suit designed by New Zealand-born designer Rebecca Walker when attending an event at Goldsmiths’ Hall in London.
